Sunrise Smoothie



I have tried out tons of smoothie recipes and this is one of my favorites.  It contains healthy strawberries, raspberries, bananas and greek yogurt for a nutritious protein-packed drink.  A great way to start the day!


I normally use either orange or pineapple juice but this time I had some orange-strawberry-banana juice and it was super good!


Ingredients:

1 Cup Orange ( or Pineapple juice)
1 Cup Vanilla greek yogurt
1 Cup Strawberries
1 Cup Raspberries
1 Ripe Banana

Combine everything in a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Garnish with strawberries or raspberries, if desired.  Enjoy! ( Serves 4)
