I was surprised at how much these really do taste just like Kit Kat bars.. actually I think they taste even better! I have seen a recipe similar to this on pinterest and wanted to give it try. The original recipe called for square crackers to be made in a 9X13 baking dish but I like an airhead bought round crackers by mistake... so I decided to improvise and make these individual in muffin tins. The ritz crackers fit perfectly in a regular size muffin tin. I was glad that I bought the wrong crackers... I think these came out great! I guarantee these won't last for long!

Herdez Tomatillo Verde Huevos Rancheros
What a tasty flavorful breakfast! You can adjust the amount of spice to suit your tastes. The Mexican cooking sauce that is used in this recipe is real spicy... at least according to my picky family. So I did reduce the amount of heat to please them. I also substituted Re-fried Beans without the Refry
instead of using canned beans. Tasted great! This recipe is from Allrecipes.com

These pancakes are amazing! When I got my new issue of allrecipes magazine in the mail and saw these in there...I just had to make them. They came out so fluffy and are loaded with pumpkin flavor and they also made the house smell so good while they were cooking! Here is the recipe from allrecipes.com

Peach Angel Food Cake
Only 2 ingredients are needed for this delicious cake... a box of Angel Food cake and a 15 ounce can of undrained diced peaches.
Just combine the cake mix and the can of undrained peaches and that's it...nothing else.
Bake for the recommended time on the cake box, depending on what type of pan that you use.

Peachy Keen Ice Cream
I scored some fresh peaches on sale this week and knew I had to try this recipe. This is only the second time that I have made homemade ice cream with my new ice cream maker and I really liked this recipe. I used four medium sized peaches to make this and it was very creamy and peachy but not too sweet. Hope you enjoy!

Patriotic Mini Fruit Tarts
I made these today for the 4th of July. They were really good and easy-to-make and they fit right in the patriotic theme of the day. The recipe is from allrecipes.com
Fabulous Chicken Salad
There are tons of different way to make a great chicken salad and this it one of my favorites. I start by using a pre-cooked chicken from the deli. It is actually cheaper than buying a chicken that is not cooked. I used about 1/2 of the chicken for this salad and used the rest for a different recipe.
