As an all-star ambassador for Allrecipes.com sometimes we get to try out new products from their sponsors. This month I got to try a new product from Birds Eye called Recipe Ready Chopped Green Peppers and Onions. I made the Easiest Ever Chili Recipe from Allrecipes.com. This really was the easiest Chili I have ever made!
The actual recipe calls for Birds Eye chopped green peppers and onions but I by mistake bought Fajita & Stir Fry. The only difference that I could tell was it had yellow and red peppers added and the veggies were cut into longer strips. I think it worked out better for this recipe.
Just brown the ground beef ( I substituted ground turkey) and the Birds Eye frozen veggies.
Add in all the other ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with some cheddar cheese and garnish with sour cream if you want to. Can't get much easier than that!
