
This creamy aioli sauce is great as a dip or a dressing. Easy to make and made with healthy wholesome ingredients. I loved the combination of garlic and basil along with the creamy avocado. I prepared this and served this as a dip for some fresh veggies and also some tortilla chips. Super yummy! I would like to make this again in the future to spread on sandwiches or maybe on tacos. Ingredients:
- 1 medium very ripe Avocado from Mexico
- 1/3 cup plain, fat-free Greek-style yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine the avocado, yogurt,
basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a food processor
and process until just smooth. Use immediately or store in the
refrigerator.
